The United Noachite Councils incorporated website was established by Billy Jack Dial, Ben Abrahamson, and Kazik Libey in 2005 (UNC, inc. being registered by Billy Jack along with Ron Wachman and Attorney Jon B. Reich) along the lines of the ancient Sabi (Virtuous wise ones of the nations, or Chochmei Umot Ha Olam in Hebrew) ethos to be a web presence to which Noachite groups around the world, representing the full diversity of spiritual affinities in local areas, could affiliate themselves with as a vehicle facilitating greater cooperation between the world's faiths in practical and secular ways.

Noahism is not a faith, but faith in a moral society, is part of Noahism.

It is a well maintained illusion that the Political manifesto we elect into government is responsible for the economic stability of our countries. The truth is that economic stability depends upon how well Politicians listen to the advice of the experts "Wise ones of the Nations" and not upon their manifestos. If for example the economic success of the UK under the New Labour was not due to its manifesto therefore, what purpose do politicians serve if all they have to do is listen to the experts? The answer is to promote seven "ethical standards" in a country. Ethical standards are not absolute, they change from culture to culture and from time to time. International Noahism believes that despite these differences accross the globe and through time, all mankind are but one people, striving to achieve to a once thriving society known as "the Children of Noah" as it were, and that as such there are fundamental values for our world family which humans should focus on in order to maintian Human Dignity.

To maintain social responsibility by promoting safety from obsession/idolization

To maintain tollerance in society by guarding against theology lacking in integrity

To keep the peace by promoting simple and effective systems of social justice

To promote humanity by enforcing humane standards in extracting produce from animals for human consumption

To promote a safer society by tightening up laws and punishments for homocide

To defend the rights of individuals over property unscrupulously drawn from them whether from people or corporations

To promote Family Values by taking a stance against open lewdness.

Noahism promotes the rule of law placed in the hands of justices of the peace. It is not an ever-increasing complexity in the details of legislation but the good hearts and sound morality and mercy of our magistrates which will dictate how well society becomes. The state of society is dependant wholly upon the condition of its magistrates, hence it is important to have the right people put in charge as magistrates, people who are in the eyes of any religion could be regarded as virtuous pagans at the very least in good standing with their communities whose opinions are respected and whose judgement is trusted among their peers. UNC, inc would like to encourage international Noahry to look not for qualifications but qualities in the people they elect for these roles.
